Motoring Offences

Thomas Simpson Solicitors Ltd are happy to advise and represent people facing investigation and prosecution for all motoring related offences.

Legal aid is not available for the majority of motoring offences and we will discuss whether or not you may be eligible for public funding. If not we will be able to provide with a quote for carrying out the work on your behalf.
