Hilary Thomas
Hilary qualified as a solicitor in 1993 and has specialised in criminal
defence work ever since. She is a a director of Thomas Simpson Solicitors Ltd. Hilary has considerable experience
in representing people in relation to many criminal offences up to and including murder.
Hilary has a special interest in representing people in dangerous dogs
prosecutions.
Hilary is a solicitor advocate and gained her Higher Courts (Criminal
Proceedings) Qualification in 2006.
Robert Simpson
Robert qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and is a director of Thomas Simpson
Solicitors Ltd. He has experience of representing people in relation to a wide variety of criminal offences.
Robert has a wealth of experience of representing youths, those persons
accused of sexual crimes and serious violence. He has a special interesting in defending prosecutions brought by the
RSPCA.
Robert is a solicitor advocate and gained his Higher Courts (Criminal

Kate is a consultant for Thomas Simpson Solicitors Ltd and qualified as
a solicitor in 2003. She frequently represents people at the Magistrates' Court and in the police station.

assists in the preparation of cases in the Crown Court.
